We are seeking a Butcher and a Housekeeper, both with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant industry. The Butcher will be responsible for meat preparation, cutting, and packaging, as well as cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces and tools, managing meat inventory, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning surfaces, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, managing waste disposal, mopping floors, restocking supplies, and maintaining an organized kitchen environment. Additionally, candidates for both positions must comply with safety protocols to create a safe kitchen environment.
